• Our shipping operations are based in Chesterton, Indiana
• Order Processing:
• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Your order will also be dependant on the availability of the item. You will be notified if your item(s) are backordered.
• Shippping Methods:
• We offer standard shipping via UPS, Fedex or USPS within the contiguous United States.
• Delivery Address:Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.
  We cannot be held responsible for any delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
• Shipping Costs:
• Standard Shipping: Shipping costs will be based on your location and the size and weight of your shipment. This will be designated by standard rates of the carrier.
• International Shipping:
• At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this
  may cause.

Delivery Confirmation:

• Damaged Items:

  In case of damaged items upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a replacement.
• Delivery Restrictions:
• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
• Shopping Online Product & Pricing Information:

In order to shop on this site, simply select the product(s) you want to purchase, the desired quantity, and click "ADD TO BAG". When you have completed shopping, click the "GO TO CHECKOUT" button and follow the instructions to checkout and complete your order. Please note that you may change the contents or edit the quantities of the items in your shopping cart until you click place order, after which your order will be processed. After submitting your order, if accepted, a confirmation page will be displayed and your order number will be provided. You will also receive an email confirmation shortly after your order has been submitted. If your email confirmation does not arrive within 48 hours after you have placed your order, please contact us via email for assistance.
